Now+Next is an association of companies operating in the data, technology and design space who are looking to inspire young women and provide pathways into the industry. We want to drive affirmative action and create an environment which better supports and encourages young women interested in pursuing a career in technology.

Join Now+Next for our 3rd Annual International Women's Day event tailored to inspire young women to explore careers in Data, Design and Technology. Hear from women from across the industry at different stages in their careers about what they do and how they got to where they are today.

 

This event is designed for girls in Years 9 & 10 to help them understand the kinds of careers open to them in Data, Design and Technology, as well as the different paths and subjects which can support them on their way.

Our Agenda

8:00am - 9:15am

Arrivals - Schools arrive for registration and a chance to network with our Now+Next partners before we start

9:15am - 9:30am

Introduction - Meet our Now+Next partners as they introduce the programme and the agenda for the day

9:30am - 10:00am

Partners - Now&Next Partners, finding out how we all work together to create great customer experiences followed by a Mindfulness Exercise

10:00pm - 11.50pm

Workshops - A variety of interactive workshops with each Now&Next Partner to delve into the world of Digital and Tech

11:50pm - 12.50pm

Break - A one hour break for lunch. Food will be provided followed by a Stretching session before returning to workshops

12:50pm - 2:15pm

2:15pm - 2:35pm

Customer panel and live Q&A session - Hear from customers of the Now+Next partners

2:35pm - 3pm

Mentorship - Introduction to our Mentorship Program and Mentee's Ceremony

3:00pm - 3:15pm

Wrap Up - Booth visits for Swag and find out about future Now&Next events before heading home
